Itinerary

Day 0: Arrival and Transfer to Ragusa

  • Arrival in Catania or Palermo: Your tour begins with your arrival in Sicily. Choose between Catania or Palermo airports based on your travel preferences.
  • Organized Transfer: You will be greeted by our staff at the airport, ready to make your arrival as comfortable as possible. A private transfer will be arranged to take you directly to your hotel in the province of Ragusa or you can rent a car to reach our destination (on request)
  • Welcome at the Hotel

Note: To ensure a stress-free experience, we recommend booking a flight that arrives in the morning or early afternoon to allow sufficient time for the transfer.

Day 2: Scicli and Modica

  • Guided Visit to Scicli: After a delicious breakfast, we head to Scicli, declared a UNESCO World Heritage site. An expert guide will lead us through the historically rich streets, visiting landmarks such as the Church of San Matteo and Palazzo Beneventano.
  • Exploration of Modica: In the afternoon, we reach Modica, famous for its artisanal chocolate. The guide will lead us through charming streets and Baroque churches, concluding the day with a chocolate tasting

Day 3: Ibla and Donnafugata Castle

  • Guided Visit to Ragusa Ibla: The morning is dedicated to an in-depth visit to Ragusa Ibla, exploring the Cathedral of San Giorgio and other iconic monuments. The guide will share stories and anecdotes that bring the history of this fascinating city to life.
  • Afternoon at Donnafugata Castle: In the afternoon, we head to the enchanting Donnafugata Castle, guide or free visit in to the history and architecture of this noble residence.

Day 4: Ispica and Modica Alta

  • Exploration of Modica Alta: Continue to Modica Alta, the upper part of the city, known for its historic charm and panoramic views.

  • Free Day in Marina di Ragusa: Dedicate the day to relaxation in Marina di Ragusa. Enjoy the sun on the beach, explore the waterfront, or participate in an optional excursion.
  • Farewell Dinner: Conclude the tour with a farewell dinner at a seaside restaurant, reflecting on the unforgettable experience in the province of Ragusa.
