BOOKING PROCEDURE AND POLICY
1. Online reservations
The SHT website allows you to check the accommodation offers and availability, as indicated, and then send an online booking request to the SHT room of your choice. Once the booking process is complete, the booking tool will send an online booking confirmation. A reservation is valid only when a reservation number has been issued.
2. Hotel prices
Prices shown on the SHT website are subject to availability. Breakfast is included only if indicated in the pricing policy. Taxes and services are included only if indicated in the pricing policy.
3. Payment
Credit card details will be required to secure a room reservation. The credit card can therefore be used by SHT for the payment of a deposit as recommended at the time of booking or as a guarantee for a future payment, in case of no-show, cancellation or modification of the reservation.
4. Rate / reservation validity
Booking confirmations are provided to you solely for your convenience. SHT hotels maintain official records of booking transactions, including details of dates of stay and room rates. In the event of any discrepancy, alteration, modification or variation between this confirmation and our official records, the official SHT records will prevail. Tampering with this confirmation to change the room rate or any other booking information is strictly prohibited and will have legal consequences.
5. Special requests
SHT hotels will endeavor to honor any request relating to specific room types or bed types and some SHT hotels will confirm these agreements at the time of booking. Until a specific confirmation is issued, your request cannot be guaranteed and neither SHT can guarantee that your request will be respected.
Canzellazzione and changes
Reservation cancellations or changes must be made using the same SHT channel through which it was booked, online or by phone. The cancellation and modification policy that applies to the booking will depend on the respective SHT hotel policy as recommended at the time of booking.
