After a relaxing lunch, we head to Ispica, a charming town known for its baroque architecture and ancient cave dwellings. Walking through its picturesque streets, you’ll discover a more authentic side of Sicily, away from the crowds. The day ends back at the villa with a delicious dinner.

Today is dedicated to Sicilian wine and chocolate. We start with a visit to a renowned winery, where you’ll enjoy a guided wine tasting and learn about the island’s rich winemaking traditions. In the afternoon, we explore Modica, a UNESCO-listed town famous for its stunning baroque churches and artisan chocolate. A tasting of its world-renowned Aztec-style chocolate is a must! The evening wraps up with dinner at a traditional restaurant.

Today, we immerse ourselves in the beauty of Ragusa Ibla, one of the most enchanting baroque towns in Sicily. As we wander through its labyrinth of cobblestone streets, historic piazzas, and grand palaces, we’ll discover why this UNESCO-listed gem is considered an architectural masterpiece. After a relaxed exploration and lunch at a traditional trattoria, we return to the villa for an afternoon cooking class, where we’ll focus on authentic Sicilian home-style dishes. The evening concludes with a relaxed dinner, enjoying the flavors we have prepared together.

Prepare for an unforgettable day by the sea! We set sail on a private boat excursion in Syracuse*, where you can swim in crystal-clear waters and enjoy a fresh seafood lunch on board. After this relaxing experience, we explore Syracuse, one of Sicily’s most historic cities, known for its ancient Greek ruins and the stunning island of Ortigia. You’ll have time to explore its charming streets before choosing a restaurant for a free evening to dine at your own pace.

A morning of adventure awaits as we embark on a horseback ride through the Sicilian countryside, surrounded by rolling hills and breathtaking landscapes. In the afternoon, we visit the town of Scicli, a hidden gem with impressive baroque architecture and a relaxed, authentic atmosphere. As the sun sets, we return to the villa for a show cooking session, where our chef will prepare a spectacular tasting menu while sharing the secrets of Sicilian cuisine.

On our final full day, we visit Noto, the "capital of Sicilian Baroque," where grand palaces and golden-hued churches create one of the most beautiful cityscapes in Sicily. You’ll have time to stroll through its elegant streets and enjoy a final wine tasting at a local enoteca. The evening concludes with a farewell dinner at the villa, featuring live Sicilian music, a celebration of an incredible week filled with unforgettable flavors, culture, and new friendships.

After one last leisurely breakfast at the villa, it’s time to say goodbye. Private transfers will take you to the airport, but the experiences and flavors of Sicily will stay with you forever.
